We normally ship all orders placed on weekdays within 24 hours. This excludes national holidays and weekends. Many orders leave the day they are placed but this is not guaranteed. Any order placed on a weekend or national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, it will be delivered within 2 to 5 business days via a courier of our choice. This is only an estimate.
Please note that certain oversized items will not qualify for free shipping such as Align T-Rex Helicopter carrying case and other over-sized or heavy boxes. You will be notified if any items in your order will be subject to separate shipping fees and may choose to remove them from the order before it is processed. In any case, we will always offer the most cost effective shipping method for said items.
We reserve the right to use any courier of our choice as our shipper. This allows us to offer free shipping and low prices on our website. We may ship your products via a courier of your choice. You need to inform of us this at the time of your order. Please note this may void any shipping allowances currently offered.
Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.
International Shipping
International orders take longer to process and verify. The shipping charge is based the weight of the package. International orders will ship via USPS EMS Express Mail in most cases and will be insured up to $100.00 USD. Additional insurance may be purchased as well. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Normal delivery time for EMS will be 3 to 5 business days. Please note that most packages shipped via this method arrive in your country within 2 to 3 business days. Many times the delay in receiving the package lies with your local customs service which can take longer to release your package. Atomic Hobbies has no control over them or their agents. It is impossible for us to predict how long the release by customs will take. We suggest you exercise patience and allow sufficient time for customs clearance. Atomic Hobbies cannot ship products with invoices that are not real. This is an illegal practice and cannot be done.
Delivery Times
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Atomic Hobbies or other parties only as an estimate. USPS issues confirmation numbers. These are not tracking numbers. All they tell you is that USPS has your package and will proceed to deliver it. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Returns
We do not accept returns of any electronic components including motors, speed controls and batteries. All electronic components must be returned to the manufacturer.
We will accept returns on other items up to 7 days after receipt provided you notify us via email within 3 business days of your decision to return the merchandise. We will issue store credit only for any returns minus a 15% restocking fee.
The cost of returning any merchandise is responsibility of the customer unless its merchandise shipped by us in error. In this case, we will issue a credit to your account for the cost of returning the merchandise to us not to exceed $10. These items will not be subject to any restocking fees.
All returns must be shipped back to us in the original unopened package. When shipping returned items, you are responsible to pack and ship items properly so the items do not get damaged or lost in transit. You must also properly insure your returned shipment incase it is lost, stolen or damaged.
You must contact us to obtain an RMA number prior to returning merchandise. Any merchandise returns not approved by us will be refused. You will be responsible for shipping to us and back to you so be sure to contact us prior to taking any action.
We cannot accept shipments sent to us via C.O.D. or billed to Atomic Hobbies in any way.
Out-of-Stock Products
Altough we strive to keep adequate inventory levels of the goods we sell, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be automatically backordered unless you inform us otherwise. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be automatically backordered unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. We frequenty offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount. The only exception to this offer are over-sized boxes or ones that are too heavy. You will be contacted regarding any additional fees prior to shipping your order.
