Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. ATOMIC HOBBIES reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX as well as PayPal. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order. PayPal users: Please note we only ship to confirmed addresses. Foreign PayPal users must be non-US verified.

Out-of-Stock Products
Altough we strive to keep adequate inventory levels of the goods we sell, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be automatically backordered unless you inform us otherwise. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will not be automatically backordered unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order. We frequenty offer free shipping on orders over a certain dollar amount. The only exception to this offer are over-sized boxes or ones that are too heavy. You will be contacted regarding any additional fees prior to shipping your order.

Returns
Atomic Hobbies will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from us provided you contact us within 3 days receiving your package. The merchandise must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging. All returns must be authorized by us via phone or email prior to you returning the items. Please note there is a 15% restocking fee on any items that are not defective. We do not accept returns without an RMA# issued by us or items shipped to us via COD or billed to Atomic Hobbies in any way. You are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase. Again, you must contact us prior to returning the items.

Defective Items
If the item(s) you wish to return does not work, it may be defective. The instructions on how to handle this type of return will vary, since some manufacturers insist on handling defects directly. Defective merchandise normally needs to be returned directly to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Most of manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty and they will handle any problems for you directly. If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we may be able to accept it back for exchange; however, we suggest that you email us before taking any action.

Taxes
ATOMIC HOBBIES shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Florida. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Money Orders
ATOMIC HOBBIES accepts money orders in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order.

Atomic Hobbies will accept no responsibility for injury and/or crash damage or loss of models or their components as it is impossible to determine for certain whether said damage was the result of pilot error, radio system failure, momentary interference, mechanical failure, foul weather and/or any number of anomalies that are inherent in our hobby. Atomic Hobbies cannot be held responsible for improper installation and/or use of our products purchased from us.

You the user shall determine the suitability of the products purchased from Atomic Hobbies for their intended purpose or use and shall assume all risk and liability in connection therewith.

RADIO CONTROLLED MODEL AIRPLANES AND ALL THEIR RELATED PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS AND SHOULD BE HANDLED WITH GREAT CARE.

We recommend that people new to modeling seek the guidance of an experienced modeler who can act as an instructor to teach a new person the skills required to build, test and operate the model properly and safely. This will serve to help avoid accidents as well as the inevitable crash and frustration that can occur when one is new to modeling.

Radio controlled models are true aircraft. They fly and operate by the same principles as a full-scale aircraft only that they smaller and lighter. Unsafe practices and procedures can result in serious injury. Today’s models have very high performance and can weigh up to 10 pounds or more. The force of the model hitting an object or person can be disastrous. R/C models must be controlled safely and properly for enjoyment and safety. The skills required to accomplish this must be learned from an experienced modeler. In no event will Atomic Hobbies be liable to you or yours for damages, including lost profits, lost savings or consequential or incidental damages arising out of the use/misuse of or inability to use merchandise purchased from us. Your use of these products is done at your own risk and we urge you to handle them with care.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, ATOMIC HOBBIES shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. ATOMIC HOBBIES shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, ATOMIC HOBBIES shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price
